Ginny and I were married in September 1965. Following our graduations from the University of Idaho (1967 & 1968) we moved to Clear Lake City, TX where I worked for General Electric Co supporting NASA's Apollo and Space Shuttle programs. Cliff and Laura were born in Texas City, TX in 1968 and 1971 respectively. In 1975 we transferred to San Jose, CA where I was involved in USAF satellite R & D programs. By 1980 we were tired of living in large metropolitan areas so the opportunity to return to Moscow was greeted with great anticipation. I've now completed my 24th year with the University of Idaho as a professor in the Computer Science Dept. We've had two opportunities for sabattical leaves. The first one allowed us to spend a year in Menlo Park, CA where I worked for Varian Medical System, and the second was spent working for Hewlett-Packard in Boise.
